Please note that our online inventory is pulled directly from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We always strive to do our best to fulfill all online orders. If an item is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
CUES will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer
For a full refund or exchange, please mail out your item within 7 days upon receiving.. Items must be returned with all CUES tags still attached and must be in their original packaging with receipt included.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return and are nonrefundable. CUES reserve the right to refuse any online returns.
CUES is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items if you choose to return your items.
